Chapter 1293: The Mysterious Elder and the Young Boy

Su Yi once again demonstrated his amazing talent, repeatedly shocking Ling Qianxue who they had just reunited with.

Su Yi’s aura at this moment had become extremely powerful. His tattered clothes fluttered in the wind, his eyes shining bright and fiery. Accompanied by the sound of thunder and wind, Su Yi suddenly leaped into the air, swiftly changing positions, his figure intersecting as he flew down from above!

"Nine Maneuvers to Shake the Universe!"

In the sky, bolts of lightning zigzagged across the high altitude like terrifying electric dragons, with a domineering force that shook the heavens and earth.

Su Yi carried a terrifying power, and the radiant Shadow of Emperor Sparrow soared into the sky, accompanied by countless footprints that kept falling into the cracks in space.

A dreadful pressure filled the universe, while lightning rampaged across the cracks in space, and the melodic buzzing sounded as if it could pierce through the clouds.

One step followed by another, each step unleashing a power more than ten times terrifying than the previous, echoing like thunder, causing Feng Qier to shudder and stumble, their face turning pale.

"Su Yi is so powerful!" Feng Qier exclaimed in amazement.

With the tremendous pressure crashing onto the cracks, Su Yi released his handprints, gathered his energy, and took a deep breath.

Then, his eyes became as sharp as a cold sword, silent and trembling, as he stared at the rift in space.

"Ah!"

The air was filled with howling gusts, followed by an awkward silence.

A heart-wrenching and lung-tearing scream echoed in the space, causing Feng Qier to quickly cover their ears.

"How can we get out of here?" Su Yi’s face turned pale with fear.

As the sun set, a layer of orange-red halo covered the rocks by the seaside. In the distance, the vast horizon slowly sank, and a red sun resembled a fiery ball, its golden light shimmering on the sparkling blue waves.

Standing above the seaside was a perilous cliff. The cliff jutted out abruptly from the mountainside and was now radiating with glittering golden light under the splendid sunset. Surrounding the cliff were lush trees and colorful exotic flowers.

On the cliff, stood an elderly man who seemed to have lived many years.

The old man had white hair and a slender figure. He stood unyielding in the sea breeze and sunset glow, but the wrinkles on his face told of the long years he had experienced.

His white hair danced in the sea breeze, and his pure white robe was simple and unadorned. In the glow of the sunset, it seemed to be enveloped in a layer of red mist, like a fairy in an enchanted world.

The mysterious old man squinted his eyes, gazing into the distant sea and sky where a scene unfolded within a rift in the space.

A heart-wrenching roar echoed at the border where the land and sea met, as the images of Su Yi and Feng Qier appeared without a single flaw in the illuminated void of the sunset.

The old man had a serious look on his face and could see everything that happened in the crack of space.

"The Emperor Sparrow inheritance?"

The old man stroked his silver-like beard and murmured.

"Yes, he obtained the Emperor Sparrow inheritance from a secret realm, and also obtained the essence of our phoenix clan," a slightly immature voice came from under the old man’s feet.

"No wonder!" the old man thought to himself.

The young boy speaking in an immature voice was about twelve or thirteen years old, with bright eyes and a handsome face.

The maturity between the young boy’s eyebrows was different from others his age. In the glow of the setting sun, his eyes shone like the sun.

Although young, he emitted a terrifying aura of a demonic creature, surpassing ordinary savage beasts. He had the demeanor of a supreme ruler dominating the world.

It made people feel creepy. If there were peerless experts nearby, they would surely sense how terrifying this young boy’s cultivation was. At the age of twelve or thirteen, he had reached a level that ordinary beasts could not reach, the mid-stage of the Demonic Master Realm!

The young boy sat cross-legged, looking calm. He yawned towards the distant sky and said softly, "Is it possible for my boss to come here after going through the trial?"

"Clap clap."

"Interesting. Indeed, he is a special human with the essence of my clan. He has extraordinary talent and is definitely the best among humans. There seems to be a soul inside him. Nice, he has passed my first test." The old man laughed loudly and clapped his hands.

"Then, let my boss continue!" The young boy looked eagerly at the old man and said.

Inside the space tunnel.

Su Yi furrowed his brows as he stared at the still unresponsive space rift. He struggled to come up with a solution, which only fueled his frustration.

In that instant, the space rift arced with energy, intensifying the gusts within the space tunnel. The whole space began to tremble, causing Su Yi’s face to change drastically and his body to sway violently.

"What is this?" Su Yi touched his nose, deep in thought.

Su Yi quickly turned his attention, and the space crack in front of him rapidly expanded.

The void distorted and outlined another dark circular arch, identical to the one they had just entered.

"Finally, we can get out!" Su Yi’s eyes lit up.

With this thought, Su Yi’s energy surged immediately, his feet lifted off the ground, and he swiftly pulled Feng Qier into the crack like an arrow.

Passing through the crack, it closed again, and the space rippled, sending Su Yi and Feng Qier to the foot of a mountain.

Darkness fell, and the stars shimmered.

The moon shone brightly in the sky, casting silvery light all around, illuminating the surroundings faintly and flickeringly.

A faint moonlight fell on Su Yi and Feng Qier’s faces, soft and gentle, unlike the gusts of wind in the space crack. It felt dreamlike and the gentle evening breeze caressed their faces.

Su Yi looked around and realized that he and Feng Qier had already crossed the dense forest and arrived at the foot of the mountains.

The tall blue mountains stretched as far as the eye could see, with peaks that disappeared into the clouds. White mist floated among the lush trees and shadows.

After a dangerous journey through the dense jungle and a tunnel, the time in the secret realm changed from daytime to a starry night.

"Su Yi, are we still in the secret realm?" Feng Qier recognized the mountains in front of them as the ones they had seen with the Cangyun Temple group on the hillside. He asked cautiously.

Su Yi’s clear gaze showed some slight fluctuations, like waves in a dark night filled with mountains. They swirled and undulated in the gentle breeze.

The silence nearby was only broken by countless stars. The misty peaks resembled graceful willows dancing in the wind, like fairies in a painting. They swayed under the touch of the cold moonlight.

Far in the distance, the mountains were covered with dense forests. Vague and deep roars of wild animals echoed through the woods.

At that moment, Su Yi’s tense thoughts finally relaxed.

"Yes, it seems like we have to climb over this mountain range. Once we reach the highest peak, we should be able to find the greatest opportunity in this secret realm."

Su Yi looked up at the mountain before him and knew that it held great secrets. He decided to take a rest at the quiet and misty foothills and climb to the top tomorrow.

"Qier, let’s take a rest here and continue climbing when it’s daylight."

Feng Qier’s face showed exhaustion and hardship, even though Su Yi had always been protecting him, Su Yi was much more powerful in terms of cultivation.

At this time, Feng Qier couldn’t rely on breathing to sustain his physical functions.

After hearing Su Yi’s words, Feng Qier lowered his head with delight and agreed, walking to a flat ground nearby to breath and prepare for daylight with the help of the moonlight and spiritual energy.
