Chapter 1311: Blood Shadow Wall

Liu Yang had a serious look in his eyes as he observed Su Yi, who was pretending to be in his thirties. Liu Yang, who was in his twenties and at the Fifth Grade of the Yuan Void Realm, possessed considerable strength among the young disciples of the Blood Sun Sect.

Although the man in front of him had a lower cultivation level, it was evident from the way he jumped down from the tree branch that he had been waiting there for a while. Liu Yang’s eyes rolled in his sockets as he expressed his confusion and spoke in a cold voice.

"Hold on! Did I say you could leave?"

"Yes, sir, of course, sir. What is it, sir?" Su Yi frowned slightly, trying to please Liu Yang as he pointed at Situ Muyang, who had fallen onto a large rock.

"It’s none of your business. Tell me, how long were you up there?" Liu Yang asked Su Yi cautiously.

"My lord, I was just resting on the tree when suddenly, due to your extraordinary abilities, I got startled and fell down. I truly didn’t see anything that just happened!" Su Yi pretended to be very scared, gesticulating as he spoke.

Su Yi had just come out of a secret realm, and the entrance to the secret realm in the distance had just closed. The people in front of him were surely disciples of the Blood Sun Sect, and he wanted to gather more information from them about what was happening on the lakeshore.

"Oh?" Liu Yang raised an eyebrow.

"So, tell me, have you seen Su Yi anywhere?"

"To be honest, I came here for the secret realm, just like you. I saw the disciples of the Overlord Sect being sucked into the secret realm. I believe Su Yi from the Overlord Sect was also sucked in. So, I changed my mind about entering the secret realm and was about to leave this dangerous place." Su Yi bowed with his hands and spoke with a serious expression.

"Hmm…" Liu Yang looked uncertain, clearly still thinking about whether to believe Su Yi or not.

"Brother, I find this person very suspicious. Maybe…" a disciple from the Blood Sun Sect whispered to Liu Yang, making a throat-slitting gesture.

Just as Liu Yang was about to explode, he turned his head and saw Situ Muyang slowly rising from the ruins. His hair was flying, his steps were light, and he leaned against a stone behind him, covered in bloodstains, resembling a bloodied figure.

"You think you can find out where Su Yi is? You’re all useless!"

"Sir, thank you for your concern, but please hide for now! Let me take care of these thieves!"

Situ Muyang’s eyes were icy, as he spoke in a cold tone.

Su Yi looked at Situ Muyang in admiration, unsure of what to say.

"Oh! You’re quite stubborn, but these will be your last words. Where is Su Yi? Will you tell me?" Liu Yang’s mouth curved into a sinister smile.

"If you want a fight, then let’s fight. No need for idle talk!" Situ Muyang’s eyes widened, bloodshot, filled with determination.

"You all! Kill him!" Liu Yang gestured, and several disciples of the Blood Sun Sect swiftly appeared in the air, surrounding Situ Muyang.

"Kid, when heaven provides a path, you don’t take it. When hell offers no escape, you come willingly! Today, I’ll show you what it means for ants to be humble!"

The disciples of the Blood Sun Sect formed a line, their qi surging. A gust of powerful energy, accompanied by a wave of blood, enveloped the surrounding mountains and forests.

Situ Muyang’s eyes glared fiercely as he formed hand seals. Instantly, his hands radiated a dark but dazzling light and he attacked the encircling disciples of the Blood Sun Sect.

Su Yi noticed, his heart skipping a beat. Looking at Situ Muyang, after more than a year of training and honing, the once handsome Situ Muyang now had a touch of ruggedness and sharpness. With his sword-like eyebrows and piercing eyes, thin lips and a straight nose, his gaze, once clear and pure like a spring, now carried a fierce and fearless determination.

After more than a year apart, this kid’s nature remains as arrogant as ever. Su Yi still vividly remembered when he and Situ Muyang caused chaos during the Grand Swordsmanship Competition in the secret realm. The name of the Divine Sword School, a name that Su Yi could never forget, resurfaced in his mind. A sense of unparalleled pride and passion ignited within him.

However, Situ Muyang’s qi condensed, and a hint of ruthlessness flashed in his eyes, accompanied by dark earth-element energy fluctuations.

"This kid is skilled, how can he be this strong!" The leading disciple of the Blood Sun Sect secretly felt frightened upon discovering Situ Muyang’s strength.

Situ Muyang looked quite young, yet under Liu Yang’s formidable strike, he still managed to unleash such power. The disciples of the Blood Sun Sect couldn’t help but feel intimidated. They realized they would truly be defeated if they didn’t resort to some tactics.

"Bang…"

A black and red energy swirled in the air as Situ Muyang shouted angrily. He forcefully stomped the ground, causing an unmatched surge of dark and earth energy to burst from his feet. A powerful gust of wind roared like a small tornado.

"Swoosh…"

The tremendous impact from his foot shattered the surrounding group of men, reducing them to powder. Tree roots emerged from the ground, growing like a spider’s web.

The disciples of the Blood Sun Sect were filled with shock. Each of them activated their blood-red energy, standing together in a row. Before their palm imprints, a torrential sea of blood seemed to emanate, with dark, ominous blood merging with one another, forming a gigantic wall of blood. It was crimson and dazzling, sending shivers down one’s spine.

"Blood Shadow Wall!"

This is a combined technique of the Blood Sun Sect, capable of harnessing the power of several individuals and unleashing an extraordinary amount of energy.

With such a strong lineup and overwhelming momentum, Situ Muyang’s eyes showed a look of astonishment.

"Hehe, kid, blame yourself for running into us, the Blood Sun Sect," Liu Yang watched the two sides fight from a distance, feeling a great sense of satisfaction from overpowering the opponent.

Su Yi stared closely at Situ Muyang, seeing a hint of excitement in his eyes. With a slightly focused gaze, Su Yi also wanted to see how much progress Situ Muyang had made during this time.

Situ Muyang’s gaze became sharp, and his body emitted black earth elemental energy. The young man in the black robe seemed to be surrounded by a black mist, exuding a sense of pressure. With a handsome face and clear eyes, he resembled a supreme king overlooking the world.
