Chapter 177: Dividing the Magic Clan

“So be it.”

The old woman sighed in relief and said, “Now, we just need to reverse the spell and reclaim the terrifying power that has gathered above the great destruction formation.”

“This seems…”

Before she could finish, an indescribable sense of dread surged into her heart.

“Boom————”

The terrifying flow of destruction gathered by the great destruction formation suddenly erupted in one direction after reaching a critical point.

That direction was precisely where the Realm of Magic was located!

Just like that, under the wide-eyed gazes of the old woman and the two Magic Clan members at Emperor Level, the flow of destruction crashed into the Realm of Magic with an unstoppable force.

“Vroom!”

The protective formation outside the Realm of Magic sensed something and activated on its own.

But the combined power of four destruction beads, manipulated by four Emperor Level beings, was not easy to block!

“Bang!!!”

As soon as it collided, the protective formation of the Realm of Magic cracked like a porcelain vase, looking broken and pitiful.

In the next moment, the protective formation shattered.

That overwhelming force swept into the Realm of Magic, like a high-dimensional existence attacking from above; any resistance was utterly ineffective against such an assault.

The Magic Clan warriors defending the borders barely had time to react before their bodies and souls turned to nothingness, disappearing in an instant.

They probably never imagined that the very force meant to protect them would lead to their demise.

Within a mere moment, the entire defensive structure of the Realm of Magic was nearly obliterated.

Even a fifth of their territory was consumed by the light of destruction, transforming into scorched earth.

This clearly demonstrated the terrifying power of the great destruction formation, formed by the four treasure beads infused with the rules of the universe.

“No!!!”

The old woman looked full of grief and disbelief; how could such tragedy happen before her eyes?

Could it truly originate from the destruction formation she controlled?

Did she just destroy her own homeland?

“Celestial Prison!!!”

“What are you doing?”

The old woman shouted angrily at the Celestial Prison Lord, who stood not far away.

As the Celestial Prison Lord manipulated the great destruction formation, he turned to the old woman and grinned.

In the next moment, a horrific and brutal wave of energy surged from within him.

“Boom, boom, boom!”

An explosion loud enough to shock the world erupted, with shockwaves so intense that even the entire Arrow Realm trembled slightly.

At the Emperor Level, whether in the human camp or the Arrow Realm, these powerful beings are the very best.

In a sense, these strong individuals have transcended ordinary humans and possess abilities that rival those of the gods in legends.

Thus, when they self-destruct using all their power, the resulting force is more terrifying than any other killing move.

The three Emperor Level beings from the Magic Clan, as the primary targets of the self-destruction, were not overly concerned about their own defense, especially against their own clan members.

Moreover, they were preoccupied with launching the great destruction formation, dedicating most of their energy to its construction and activation.

Of course, as Emperor Level beings, their bodies instinctively activated some defensive measures.

Or, for added safety, they might have set up a few defensive spells.

But how could such defensive spells withstand the self-destruction of the Celestial Prison Lord, a powerful being at the Emperor Level?

Few could resist a self-destruction from a being of the same level at such close range.

“If someone self-destructs in front of me, I might get hurt.”

Seizing the moment before the self-destruction’s power dissipated, the God of Theater appeared directly in the central region.

Then he waved his right hand, collecting the four destruction beads and some remnants left from the explosion.

In the next moment, he turned and vanished.

This time, the God of Theater acknowledged the combat power of the Celestial Prison Lord.

Not to mention anything else, the force of that self-destruction had taken out three of his fellow clan members in one blow.

Impressive! Very strong!

Just shortly after the God of Theater left, several figures appeared nearby.

“Magic Clan… what kind of trick are they playing?”

A shadowy figure, surrounded by void energy, spoke in a vague manner.

“Previously, we suspected that the Magic Clan had surrendered to Huaxia, but now, that thought seems a bit off.”

A handsome man clad in ancient bronze battle armor, with long golden hair flowing like the sun god from ancient legends, glanced around and softly said.

“So, is this the God of Theater’s… deterrent?”

Beside him, a woman in purple spoke darkly, “Is he using the Magic Clan’s fate to threaten us?”

The handsome man snorted coldly and said, “Does the God of Theater underestimate us? Does he not fear that we will simply kill our way to Huaxia?”

Once these words were spoken, no one around dared to reply.

Before the grand situation unfolds, how could they descend upon Huaxia?

Even if they were to kill the God of Theater on the spot, what would it achieve?

What could they gain for such a heavy price?

Who would want to engage in life-and-death struggles without any returns?

Or rather, does it even have any significance?

“Where is Cangwu?”

The woman in purple spoke up, "Isn’t he usually quite friendly with the Magic Clan?"

"Now that the Magic Clan is facing such a huge crisis, why hasn’t he shown up?"

"Shouldn’t he come to support his friend’s clan during such a disaster?"

The shadowy figure responded, "Cangwu’s absence is actually a good thing. Today, we’re gathered here to discuss the Magic Clan’s position."

"Today’s battle cost the Magic Clan four Emperor Level beings."

"By the standards of high-ranking clans, the Magic Clan has already fallen."

"I propose that the Magic Clan should no longer enjoy the privileges of a high-ranking clan."

The handsome man frowned at this suggestion. He opened his mouth to speak but ultimately said nothing.

He wanted to ask if it was really necessary to rush into this.

The Magic Clan had just suffered a major blow.

If they were stripped of their high-ranking status now, it might lead to their complete downfall.

But then he thought, none of the allied clans that were once friendly with the Magic Clan had spoken up, so why should he?

As the Magic Clan falls, its resources would naturally be divided among the other high-ranking clans.

This would be beneficial for his own clan.

Though it felt cold, there was also a sense of sorrow for the fallen.

Every clan aiming for the top has had to step over others to get there.

He couldn’t change this rule; all he could do was protect his own clan and hope they wouldn’t follow the same path as the Magic Clan.

"I suggest we wait for a while," he finally said.

The woman in purple shook her head, "The Magic Clan is an old and powerful clan. What if there are still some old monsters around?"

"So, let’s wait!"

"Let’s give the Magic Clan a chance; there’s no need to rush!"

She paused, then smiled charmingly, "Of course, if it turns out that the Magic Clan is indeed weak, how about we take the western region of the Arrow Realm, governed by the Magic Clan?"

The shadowy figure chuckled, "My clan wants the eastern region governed by the Magic Clan."

"We want the northern region!"

"…"

The handsome man sighed as he watched the surrounding people carve up the Magic Clan’s territory.

Then he spoke, "In terms of resource distribution, everything should be based on strength."

"So, my clan will take the central veins of the Magic Clan."

"Does anyone have any objections?"
