Chapter 755: Celestial Turtle

The scriptures completely dissolved the Bat Giant Beast.

Xu Fan only managed to obtain the location of the Bat Giant Beast’s nest and couldn’t analyze anything else.

“This strange wind doesn’t seem like it belongs to the cultivation world; it feels more like it comes from the demon race. Could it have come from outside the realm?” Xu Fan said as he teleported to the location of the Bat Giant Beast’s nest.

A towering tree, reaching endlessly high, stood tall in the core area of the Extreme Void Domain.

The area around the towering tree was shrouded in complete darkness.

And in this darkness, at least tens of thousands of Bat Giant Beasts were hidden.

Xu Fan appeared at the edge of the darkness, contemplating the towering tree in the shadows.

“Could this be the final boss of the protagonist?” Xu Fan reached out to gently touch the dark-covered area, sensing the wide road laws within the darkness.

“Hundreds of thousands of Bat Giant Beasts, each equivalent to a beast king.”

“Although their individual strength isn’t great, their sheer numbers could easily overwhelm something like the Purple Jade Flood Dragon.” Xu Fan pondered a question.

Who was this intended for? Based on the few protagonists he knew well, even at their peak, they couldn’t contend with so many Bat Giant Beasts, let alone the spirit body of this towering tree!

A man entirely composed of darkness appeared not far from Xu Fan.

“You are very strong; I don’t want to be your enemy. Please leave,” the completely black man said.

“Your Bat Giant Beasts have caused quite a bit of trouble for my sect in the past. You think just saying you don’t want to be my enemy is enough?” Xu Fan looked at the man composed of darkness, considering whether he should suppress this towering tree in advance.

Although it might be somewhat challenging, Xu Fan was confident that he could subdue it along with the group of Bat Giant Beasts.

A Faceless Law Form Golden Body over a hundred thousand feet high appeared behind Xu Fan, holding a giant axe and staring intently at the towering tree ahead.

As soon as Xu Fan gave the order, the small axe in its hand would start swinging.

“What do you want?” the dark man asked after a moment of silence.

“I know that your strange wind can wear down disasters. You must have stored many celestial tool-level spirit ores here.”

“Hand them all over, and we’ll consider this matter finished,” Xu Fan said, aiming to make the best of the situation, hoping to get some good items.

“Fine,” the dark man waved his hand, and more than two hundred spirit ore stars of varying sizes floated toward Xu Fan.

“Just don’t disturb me again,” the dark man said as he turned and disappeared into the region of darkness.

“Wow, there really are!” Xu Fan exclaimed with delight.

Finally, he cast a spell, placing all the celestial tool-level spirit ore stars into his largest Daoist artifact palace.

“Not bad, really not bad,” Xu Fan said happily, looking at the towering tree.

At this moment, in Xu Fan’s eyes, this towering tree and the Bat Giant Beasts on it had transformed into the perfect workers.

“With so many celestial tool-level spirit ore stars, this is at least five hundred years’ worth of work for me.”

“I’m so clever; I’ll take a hundred years off for myself first,” Xu Fan said with a smile, then a teleportation formation appeared beneath his feet as he eagerly returned to the Hidden Spirit Sect.

In the underground space, Xu Fan arrived at the spirit ore refining area.

“Grape, quickly calculate for me whether these spirit ore stars are enough to fully refine Hidden Spirit Island,” Xu Fan eagerly took out all the spirit ore stars.

At that moment, he truly felt the benefits of high cultivation.

Just like that towering tree, even with hundreds of thousands of Bat Giant Beasts at the Great Ascension Beast Sovereign level, they wouldn’t dare to act recklessly in front of Xu Fan.

If Xu Fan’s cultivation wasn’t high and his fighting strength not strong, would that dark man have appeared? Otherwise, Xu Fan might have been greeted by hundreds of Bat Giant Beasts instead.

“Before I ascend, maybe I should take advantage of the situation a bit more,” Xu Fan mused, stroking his chin.

He pulled out his little notebook, flipping through it from start to finish, then his eyes gleamed with golden light.

“It’s decided, the beast race’s Four Phase City.”

At that moment, Xu Fan felt a surge of energy. After handing over all the Spirit Ore Stars to Grape, he teleported to the Extreme Void Domain of the demon race.

In the Extreme Void Domain of the demon race, Xu Fan frowned at the divination results before him.

“The Four Phase City isn’t in the cultivation world?”

“Interesting, did it skip straight to the Immortal Realm?” Xu Fan wondered aloud.

“If this doesn’t work out, I’ll just try another place,” Xu Fan said, already starting another round of heavenly divination.

In a hidden secret realm within the Extreme Void Domain of the demon race, the Celestial Turtle lay resting at the center.

He had been ordered by his master to sleep in this realm for 5,000 years, after which he would awaken to help the beast race dominate the two realms.

“Aw~” The Celestial Turtle sighed at the thought.

Life without his master was dull, and not only was his master gone, but his usual attendants hadn’t been seen in ages.

After so long, his Turtle Shell was filthy, and his nails were overdue for a trim.

Just then, a void gate appeared before the Celestial Turtle, and out stepped Xu Fan.

The moment the Celestial Turtle saw Xu Fan, he wanted to bolt like a mouse spotting a cat.

But the surrounding space was already sealed by Xu Fan.

“Little Turtle, remember when you crushed my Star Ship with one stomp?” Xu Fan said, staring at the Celestial Turtle.

To the Celestial Turtle, Xu Fan was no bigger than a sesame seed, but the aura radiating from him was stronger than his former master’s.

A voice echoed in the Celestial Turtle’s mind: Do not resist, do not resist, do not resist.

Or you might really die.

This reminded the Celestial Turtle of his youth, when he had encountered his master soaring through the Extreme Void Domain.

Excited, he had rushed over, only to be beaten half to death.

After the beating, his master had glared at him with killing intent, demanding his submission.

The scene felt eerily similar now, except the person before him was even more formidable.

Noticing the Celestial Turtle’s lack of response, Xu Fan casually waved his hand.

He flipped the Celestial Turtle, whose Turtle Shell stretched nearly a hundred miles, onto his back.

A massive mountain of nothingness materialized in the sky, pressing down toward the Celestial Turtle.

Just then, Xu Fan noticed something.

This was a Female Turtle, and she was in her egg-laying period.

Xu Fan considered for a moment. Raising a few Celestial Turtles could be useful. When he left Hidden Spirit Island in the future, he wouldn’t need to teleport—he could just hitch a ride on the Celestial Turtles, going wherever he pleased.

“Hand over all your treasures and submit to me, or I’ll crush every egg inside you,” Xu Fan threatened, using his spiritual energy to probe the Celestial Turtle’s body and lightly touch the eggs.

At Xu Fan’s words, the Celestial Turtle panicked.

She hastily produced all her possessions and looked at Xu Fan with pleading eyes, begging him not to harm her eggs.
