Dreaming to Become a Creator-Chapter 0095 – You Should Be the Headmaster
by WuWangChapter 95: You Should Be the Headmaster
“This was the Heavenly Calamity Seal. Earthly Lord and I spent a century devising this item to delay the awakening of ‘heaven’.” The Heavenly Lord, unaware of Zuo Meng’s plans, produced a jade talisman and handed it over.
Zuo Meng examined it briefly, instantly recognizing the energies within.
Three types of power of rules.
Heavenly Path, Underworld Path, Spiritual Path – clearly the domains controlled by the Three Lords. They’d been using their own rule-based powers to stall heaven’s awakening for years. While their method showed marginal effectiveness and represented the pinnacle of their capabilities, Zuo Meng saw only flaws. Plans made without understanding creator-level existence were laughable. Mortals could never comprehend a creator’s nature. Like those fools in the Dream World – Black Shadow and the chaos entity had schemed across epochs yet couldn’t scratch him.
A gap in perception.
“Since you’ve attained our level, you should contribute.”
Zuo Meng pocketed the talisman without comment. Pointing out flaws would be pointless – the Heavenly Lord would only suspect ulterior motives. It was like telling a lifelong bus rider about teleportation gates. They’d think you mad.
“After planting the seal, your domain will join ours as humanity’s fourth sacred ground. The fourth Lord.”
Joint effort for survival – the real reason for the Heavenly Lord’s courtesy. No Lord would waste time on pleasantries without purpose.
“Fine.”
Zuo Meng prepared to enact his own plans. His creator-level essence gave him unmatched advantage here.
With objectives met, the Heavenly Lord departed. Zuo Meng descended through clouds toward Liuhe Sect.
“The immortal returns!”
Patrolling disciples spotted him first. The sect had descended into chaos since two immortals emerged days prior. Even the Headmaster’s disappearance went ignored amidst the frenzy.
“Teach me immortality!”
A sea of worshippers knelt, including white-bearded elders. Zuo Meng recognized one as a retired elder – these old men knelt as easily as breathing for eternal life.
“That immortal…”
Young disciple Li Fang frowned. This was the same man he’d met at the mountain’s foot! Formerly of Mountain Sect before Zuo Han Sheng’s takeover, Li Fang now served Liuhe Sect.
“Resembles Taiyuan Peak’s Senior Zuo?”
No one had noticed Zuo Meng before – the perpetual recluse who barely attended training. Even Gu Fei only remembered him after forced sparring sessions.
“Taiyuan Peak?”
Murmurs spread. Elders recalled the forgotten disciple while Zuo Meng strode past the clamor.
‘Heaven’s awakening dominated his thoughts – surpassing even master and Junior Sister Zuo Qiu’s matters. Letting the creator awaken meant death.
Reaching Taiyuan Peak, he dismissed leadership squabbles. The dead Headmaster’s fate awaited any challengers.
“Senior… Zuo?”
Gu Fei gaped. Two days ago he’d left to “handle” the Headmaster. Now he returned casually?
“You remained?”
Zuo Meng raised an eyebrow. Smart people avoided trouble.
“Good. You’ll be Headmaster now. Saves effort.”
“???”
Gu Fei nearly choked. This was Liuhe Sword Sect! A top martial world faction! Not some vegetable stall!
